The Power Of Words

Words are incredibly powerful. When you become aware of the power of words, you can begin to speak to yourself differently. The more loving you are with yourself on the inside, the more love will emerge on the outside.


I share with you 7 powerful Mantras that you can use to align yourself positively and strengthen yourself internally.


1️⃣ I CAN DO THAT

I can learn how to do it. I don't have to know how to do it right away. I will take one step at a time and learn and figure it out.

2️⃣ I CAN CHANGE

I feel my own power. I am allowed to be vulnerable, to take care of myself, and to show boundaries. I can change my place of residence, relationship, financial situation, etc.

I am not a victim of circumstances, maybe in the past, but now, at this moment, I am not. I, only I can change. I am not set in stone.

Everything is constantly changing - to what extent am I proactively involved in this process of change? It just takes some time, patience, will, and openness - but everybody can change!


3️⃣ I FORGIVE MYSELF

Everything I did in the past, I did not do with the same knowledge that I have today. At that moment, I did not know any better.

I free myself from guilt and shame. I no longer have to hold on to certain things from the past.

I accept what happened - I can grow from it, learn from it, and do better in the future. What can I forgive myself for?


4️⃣ I LOVE MYSELF

I allow myself to be in a loving relationship with myself. I am enough.

I recognize my own value. No one else can give it to me, nothing outside can give it to me. I can only find it in myself.

I take care of myself, heal myself, be mindful, and love myself.


5️⃣ I AM PROUD OF MYSELF

​​I acknowledge what I have created and experienced.

I acknowledge my successes, what I have experienced and learned, and how many times I have gotten back up. I also see the small successes - the small gains I make every day for myself and others.


6️⃣ I LISTEN TO MY HEART

I consciously take the time to listen to my heart.

Living from the heart means being in balance. When I live life from the heart, I am in balance with myself and my surroundings.

When I let my heart guide me, I am in balance at every moment of my life. No matter what the external circumstances are. Even when the waves are crashing in my life, I will find my way back to my natural balance. My heart always knows how to restore my balance and where to focus my attention.


7️⃣ IT IS OK

No matter where I am in my life right now, it's okay.

I'm allowed to be sad, I'm allowed to be angry, I'm allowed to have a great time, I'm allowed to have a bad time.

I don't need to be afraid of my feelings, I know everything is going to be okay, I know I'm going to be okay.

It's perfectly fine where I am right now. I give myself the space to be present with what is without wanting it to go away or wanting it to be different. I know things will change again.
