STEPHANIE KOLLMANN
With a strong foundation in mental health, I’ve spent over 15 years supporting individuals through therapeutic work, coaching, and trauma-informed care. My background in social pedagogy and extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults have shaped my deep understanding of human emotions, behavior, and healing.

I’m passionate about helping people not just understand themselves, but come back to heir true essence — by reconnecting to who they are beyond roles, patterns, and past wounds.

I created The Point of Change to guide people through those transformative moments — where clarity replaces confusion, self-trust replaces fear, and new possibilities emerge.

My
Story.
Originally from Austria, my journey into this field began early in my youth. I was always deeply curious about mental health and eager to learn everything I could. I read books, selected every relevant subject in school, and ultimately chose this career path. Looking back, I now realize that helping people in the mental health field was already my path, even before I fully understood it.

My work started in my early years as a social pedagogue in hospitals and various social institutions, where I worked with children, teenagers, and adults who needed support. I learned so much and witnessed a lot of pain and suffering. One question that repeatedly came to mind as I observed the healthcare system was: “Is this the only way we can help?” I saw people being medicated, numbed, and when they came off the medication, the change wasn’t lasting. That’s when I began to wonder if there was another way to heal, a more sustainable path to recovery.

This led me to study Systemic Coaching and Balance Kinesiology. It was through reading Dr. Klinghardt’s work on Kinesiology that my approach completely shifted. Dr. Klinghardt advocates for a holistic approach to health that combines conventional medicine with alternative therapies, focusing on the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and environmental health.

In my late twenties, I had a breakthrough realization: it’s all about awareness. Awareness is the key to healing, to choosing differently, and to creating lasting change. I started to understand that we have the power to choose, and that the first step in any healing journey is awareness. We are not victims of our circumstances – we can learn from our experiences, especially from the very painful ones. Those are the ones that offer the potential for the most personal growth.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping people understand themselves better – to explore why they do what they do, where it’s coming from, and how they can change. I truly believe that we can live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am here to help guide individuals on this path, helping them heal, find beauty, and live authentically.
