Your Journey Begins:

Arrival Time: Please arrive by 14:00 for orientation and to embrace the commencement of our journey into silence.

Commitment: We ask each participant to enter this experience with a full commitment to the retreat's ethos, embracing absolute silence until the retreat concludes with our closing circle. To ensure a fully immersive experience, the use of electronic devices (phones, laptops, etc.) is not permitted. Should an emergency arise, our facilitators are available for support, ensuring the serene environment remains undisturbed for others.

Activities: Engaging in journaling is highly encouraged, allowing you to reflect deeply on your inner journey. To maintain focus on self-awareness and introspection, reading materials (including books, audio-books, and magazines) are not part of this retreat. Our program includes conscious movement practices designed to enhance your awareness and connection with self.

Participation: It is crucial for all attendees to engage fully in each aspect of the program. This retreat is meticulously crafted to guide you deeper into self-exploration and discovery.
