WHO I AM:

Originally from Austria's alpine regions, my quest for adventure and change led me to Canada, a country I now call home. My background in mental and social fields, combined with my education in Life & Wellness Coaching, Systemic Coaching, and Balance Kinesiology, has allowed me to develop a unique service: Therapeutic Coaching.

My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that the key to a  happier and healthier life lies in AWARENESS. By working on our blind spots and increasing self-awareness, we can cultivate genuine confidence and lead a more balanced, empowered life.

Therapeutic coaching combines the deep, healing aspects of therapy with the forward-focused action of coaching, creating a unique approach to personal growth. I chose therapeutic coaching because it allows me to guide clients not only in understanding and healing past wounds but also in empowering them to take actionable steps toward their goals. By merging therapeutic techniques, such as self-awareness, emotional processing, and mindset shifts, with the structured guidance of coaching, I help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and develop the tools needed to move confidently toward lasting change.

What do I love most about my job?

I find great joy in witnessing the potential for major changes and transformations in people's lives when they genuinely desire it. I love seeing their willingness to work on themselves and the progress they make. Additionally, connecting with individuals and creating a safe and supportive environment where they can be vulnerable and heal is something I truly cherish.

What inspired me to start my own business?

I was inspired to start my own business to work independently with people, develop my unique coaching and consulting style, and incorporate my extensive experience in social work and life & relationship coaching.

Providing emotional support and compassion brings fulfillment and purpose to my life, as I help others overcome challenges and find happiness and growth.

Clients should choose me because my greatest strength lies in my empathy and sensitivity. I have a unique ability to understand and sense what others are feeling, including their pain and suffering. Moreover, while I have received a good education, the knowledge and wisdom I aim to share with others primarily stem from my own life experiences, personal growth, and continuous self-improvement journey.

Do I provide my services online or remotely?

Yes, I offer coaching and consulting services online, allowing clients to access my expertise and support from the comfort of their own location. However, the Active Silent Retreat is conducted in person, providing a unique in-person experience for participants.
